We're in this because we love to build and we love to help other succeed. We stick by our word and we stick by the quality of our output. If you're not satisfied after 30 days we'll tear up the contract, no questions asked.

We accept stock and options. The amount of each will depend on the current valuation of the company and duration of services to be provided.

We accept equity payments for both recruiting and consulting services.

We'll work with you to understand what hurdles you need to overcome before you're able to make payments and we schedule the initial payment to occur after a given date or after a trigger event (e.g. within 30 days of the next funding round). Deferred payments may also be backed by a convertible note for equity.

Recruiting services can generally start the day that you contact us. Consulting services may be able to start next day or they may require up to a few weeks to start based on the skillset and amount of time required; fractional support is generally available within a few days.
